OAK GARAGE ANNEXES

We are experts in impressive garage buildings, crafted perfectly from green oak, and comprising multiple bays and loft accommodation where required.

When you contact us, we will discuss what you want to achieve and get a clear idea of your vision before agreeing how to proceed. When we plan your oak garage, we make sure the design complements your property, whether it’s a period or a modern house. It will add a timeless beauty that will last for centuries, with little or no maintenance.

You can choose a closed garage, a car port structure or a combination of both, and there is no limit to size. We ensure it has its own electricity supply, and an electric car charging point if you like, for future-proofing. (Although your garage will be built to last longer than the latest auto-engine type!)

Many of our clients choose to have first floor accommodation built over the top, and use this for offices, older children or guests.

We can fit your oak garage annex with central heating, bath/shower rooms and kitchens; in fact, anything you’d choose to have in your home.

PS it’s worth noting that we build bespoke, traditionally-crafted buildings to last for centuries, using 100% green oak. If you are looking for an economy solution, we are not the team for you.

THREE BAY GARAGE WITH
CAT SLIDE LOG STORE

“James and the team did an excellent job constructing my 3 bay Oak Garage. James was always on time, arriving on site early every morning. James is very experienced in working with Oak and made me feel reassured from the onset that my project was in good hands. James offered me different options at the planning stage so I was able to choose my own roof tiles, garage doors etc, which I particularly valued. Most importantly James did not go over budget and the cost of the garage was exactly as quoted. I would not hesitate to recommend The Green Oak Building Company.”
